LAMIS

LAMIS (Local Administration & Management Information System) is a versatile software developed by SST Kernel Ltd., Bangalore for the local administration bodies (Corporation / Municipality), wherein the bodies will be able to enter and store complete details of the activities undertaken in their respective area. A huge database with the details can be stored. Apart from user-defined reports, the software generates various government-related reports (like Form1, Form2, etc).

LAMIS helps in better management, to provide faster services to the people of the Municipalities / Corporations. Being user-friendly, it can be customized as per the requirements of the local bodies, and is amazingly simple to use.

LAMIS is developed on Oracle with Developer 2000 as the best-suited environment for Administration, which has a huge database. The system is of Client-Server architecture, open and web-enabled. It covers the entire area of Local Administration including Health, Revenue, Engineering, Payroll, Administration, Planning etc. We have also derived Double Entry Accounting System. Connectivity can be provided to statewide network and Union Government Network for information sharing.

As the modern administration is moving towards a paperless office, LAMIS is a concrete move towards achieving this goal.
